Our rental services are a wonderful detail for special occasions including weddings, engagements, bridal and baby showers and baby photography.

Calligraphy

For your event all the details matter and stationery is no exception. See our Calligraphy service page for more information on bespoke handmade, hand-lettered stationery and calligraphy goods designed to elevate the brand of of your event.

Rentals Periods

Photo shoot rentals are up to 24 hours. Upon availability we can accommodate with 1-hour rentals, will call and staying on site for the duration of the shoot. Photo shoot use requires a rental fee at a reduced rate from a traditional rental period.

Weddings and Other Large Events with Customized Orders have a 72 hour rental period.

Delivery & Pick-Up

We deliver and pick up for all orders. There is no will call pick-up and return available at this time due to the delicate nature of the rentals unless otherwise allowed by Union.

Delivery fees are based on the distance and/or rented amount of items. (Includes choice of Day of event or day prior delivery, and end of event or day after Take Down).

 

Long distance delivery and pick-up:

-within Bakersfield & destinations 40-60 miles away:  .50 per mile from 93306 round trip

-If beyond 60 miles of 93306, a fee of $1.50 per mile will be applied.

Any drive exceeding 2 hours from 93306, we require hotel accommodations to be covered by renter at booking in addition to mileage charges OR same day pick-up up fee applied.

We include unloading and place all items as part of our delivery and pick up service.

Additional Fees: (Please Notify UVR at the time of booking if you you need the following services)

• Stairs, up hill, and/or long distance from drop off, are an additional fee.

• Late Night pick up fee of $150.00, will be added to the delivery fee, for the hours of 10:00pm – 6:00am.* Waived if requested by Union Vintage Rentals.

• Rental Items are placed in a specified/needed areas upon delivery, it is up to the on-site contact to set up vignettes + lounges.  *Farm Tables and/or items that require assembly will be set up by Union Vintage Rentals.

We load all of our own rental items at the end of your event or specified pick-up date and time.
